Ticket sales begin on Jan 4th at 10am on DocPoint website. Tickets to DocPoint screenings can be purchased through films’ introduction pages. Programme can be found here Jan 4th 2018 onwards.
DocPoint ticket sales counter opens on Jan 22nd at 12pm. The ticket counter is located in Kinopalatsi cinema, in front of screen 2. Tickets for all screenings are available when the ticket counter opens, therefore screening tickets cannot be sold out during web sales.
The DP-ticket sales counter of Kinopalatsi cinema will move slightly on Mon 29th of January next to the main entrance from Kaisaniemenkatu 2. Additionally, more DP-ticket sales counters will open during the festival week in other festival theatres. Check the locations and times from here.
Finnkino does not sell tickets for festival screenings.
Tickets for wheelchair spaces are also available online, further information about accessibility can be found here.
If you purchase tickets via the website you can present your tickets from a mobile device (no printing required).
If you wish to purchase a screening card, please find further information here. We recommend a screening card if you plan to purchase six or more tickets. Screening cards are not for individual use so you can redeem multiple tickets for one screening with one card.
Please note that we cannot accept ticket reservations for DocPoint screenings. Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Most festival films have English subtitles or dialogue. Please check the language details carefully before purchasing tickets.
